Just a dead battery
I had a dead battery but was unsure if that was all that was wrong because the voice activation stopped working 3 days before. I called and was able to have it looked at right away. I was able to jump start it to get it there. They gave me a ride home and called when it was ready to pick up and came and got me. It was just the battery and I guess it restarted my voice activation when they replaced it. They could have ripped me off easily if they wanted. But they didn't. Instead I got honesty and quick pleasant service. Thank you!
