Customer service
I had to drop off my vehicle before the shop opened and try to catch the bus to my workshop. I was running late and was afraid I'd miss the bus so I dropped the key in the box with no note and had to call in what I needed done. They were super accommodating and understanding to my situation and completed the service quickly. There were a couple of preventative maintenance things that needed to be done and they talked me through everything thoroughly and I felt great about the communication and cost of the services explained. I will continue bringing in my vehicle to the folks in the Quick Lane shop at Brien Ford!!
