Always friendly
I'm a regular customer at Brien Ford and have been for several years now. I have nearly always been quite pleased with how I've been treated there. My most recent visit included regular service (oil change, etc.) and to have mud flaps installed, and a door lock replaced, as well as a couple of warranty concerns looked into. They performed the service and the other work and replaced the fuel filler tube and hose (warranty items) and did a fine job on all. Final bill was about what I figured it would end up being even though they charged me labor on replacing the lock (which I didn't expect, since they had offered to install the new lock for me at no cost because it was damaged when I purchased the vehicle from them about ten months ago). All charges were very reasonable and I really couldn't complain about being charged for the lock install since I didn't have them do it when they first offered and I let the thing drag out for so long before finally bringing it back to have them do the job. In the end I drove home very happy knowing the work had been done right.
