Then 1 week or so before the actual install, Chris went to get an oil change and proceeded reconfirm that the total price was $644.00, she replied "Yes." But, when I went to pick up the car, I was then told that the price was now $719.00 because the car needed a wheel alignment, which is understandable but this information should have been provided when we initially asked what the total price was twice prior. I don't want to nickel and dime you but that additional price information should have been conveyed when originally asked. Not to mention my Honda Civic is still having the same rattling/vibration that was repaired numerous times over the course of over a year. I let Laurie know that I wanted to speak with Addell and to please have him call me in regards to this problem since he is familiar and I have yet to hear back. I am a little apprehensive about referring anyone at this time. However, we are very grateful for the previous financial courtesies that have been bestowed upon us and are woking hard towards paying off our balance as soon as possible.
