I asked for an oil change for my 2013 Honda.

I was greeted at the counter with zero wait time. The employee was very courteous and very knowledgeable in answering my questions. I also asked if they would do a quick review to look for any problem areas as I am going on a road trip soon. The car was ready several hours before expected, which was so helpful for the rest of my day. I always feel confident in getting any service or repairs at Bret’s. They never try to gouge me or pressure me to get extra and maybe unnecessary work done.
