Transmission services
I have had my transmission for my 2009 Silverado three times. All services where completed as promised and the charges where as estimated at the time I arranged the transmission service.

Customer service from the front desk was exceptional
David kept me informed every step of the process. He was knowledgeable about the insurance procedure. The transmission tech assessment was very thorough and found very costly problems that needed to be addressed. Once insurance and parts were ready the work was top priority and the van is ready to go. Thank you

Great shop, clear communication, excellent work
Always a great experience at Bremerton Transmissions. While I miss having them up in Silverdale, I appreciate the great with and clear communication I receive from David and the team at the shop.

Inspection reports include pictures and explanations of needed work, which helps when trying to maintain an older vehicle in good condition.

We were on vacation in the Tacoma area and the transmission in the van let go in Bremerton. Dave was awesome and very reassuring. He really tried to get us the van back before going home but couldn't quite get it done before the weekend. We rented and finished our vacation. I flew back up to get the van the next weekend. Everything was ready and the van ran great for the 1200 miles to St. George, Utah. It's running like new. Thanks guys.

Quick and fair transmission service
Crew was helpful explaining details of service and why transmission flush was not warranted. Work was completed quickly, under two hours, including test drive before and after. Price was in line with estimate and fair.

The only people I want working on my vehicles.
I have complete confidence in Mike and his crew. They have always tried to hive me a fair and accurate estimate for work that needs to be done. On this last job, they completed the work at less than the estimate and charged me for that. How often do you hear of a shop charging you less than what they said it would cost?

More than the fair pricing, I have used these guys for years and the work tends to be well done and I don't have to keep bringing the vehicle back to fix the same problem repeatedly. These are the guys to take your car or pick-up to.

tranmission case was cracked!
I dropped it off and the case was cracked barrings were bad. They had a replacement case in stock replaced the barrings and painted it. Looks great and I just test drove the jeep after installing, everything works great!

Transmission issues
They must have called me and or texted me 5 times over two days to give me progress details. Honest evaluations and advice do to the age of the vehicle. I really appreciate these guys.

Transmission rebuild
