I couldn't believe it! I am so disappointed in the owner and front desk person. We have spent money with them in the past, and they have done a great job in the past. I understand the pressures of small businesses as we own one ourselves. Without going into detail and writing a book, we will no longer take our cars to them due to a very hostile and angry owner.
It felt like our money, our car, and our time didn't mean much to them. I guess they have plenty of customers, and bread and butter are not a priority. That's not a wise small business move.
My car was there last week for a couple of days, so I decided to it pick up because it was drivable. I returned it Monday and picked up with an owner coming at me yelling and screaming for a 125.00 diagnostic fee. I asked for the reading for proof, oh boy, that was the wrong thing to do! I still don't believe they did anything!!!!!
My husband is rather stern at times but very precise in verbal communication. The receptionist used a couple of words that did not sink with what the owner was telling me. It was quite scary. Haha or not, I felt like a gun would come out at any time. I paid, of course!
I'm still stunned! I hope they treat others better! TAKE A DEEP BREATHE :)))))
