i’ve been waiting on my car for THREE WEEKS!!!
04/13/2025 I had to get my car towed here because it turned off on me on the interstate, made an appointment with them for 11am that monday the 14th. No one looked at my car until the 16th because they claimed the tow driver never put the keys in the drop box, cool no problem. My advisor was Zach, Zach told me my engine failed and I was going to need a new one but it had to get approved first and he didn’t know how long it would take. Called back later in the week and talked to the service director Joe, Joe told me that they were waiting for my engine to be approved by the dealership and he’d update me when they got it approved, also he said I couldn’t be put in a loaner until the repair was approved which again is understandable. He (Joe) calls me Saturday 04/26/2025 to let me know my repair had finally been approved and I’d have my car back the following week, Wednesday the 30th if everything goes smoothly and Friday May 2nd if they had any problems earlier in the week that would cause them to be held up. It is now Sunday May 4th and I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR!!! I called to talk to Mr. Joe on thursday to see if we were still on track with the repair, because i hadn’t heard anything all week. no response. I left two messages on thursday one on his voicemail and one with the receptionist. still nothing. I even called Friday twice and both times he refused to talk to me, he had the receptionist Mrs. Melissa tell me that they’re ordering another part and they haven’t even started working on my car yet??? are you serious??? this is crazy because you’ve had my car for three weeks now and you claim you have no loaners but I have a kid so what am I supposed to do while i wait on you all to figure out if you guys want to fix my car or not? it’s not fair
