I recently visited Brancas Auto Center for an oil change and a general inspection of my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about my car’s well-being.

Not only did they complete the oil change efficiently, but they also took the time to check for any other potential issues. What stood out most was their transparency and willingness to explain everything in detail. They walked me through the process, clarifying what they were doing and why it was necessary, which gave me confidence in their work.

It’s clear that Brancas values both quality service and customer trust. If you’re looking for an auto center that prioritizes professionalism and honest communication, I highly recommend them. I have been using their services for over 6 years, and will continue to.

I'm sharing my great experience with Branca's Auto Center in Milford! Two additional well-known car repair shops (North Branford and Monroe) each advised me that fixing the problem would cost between $900 and $1800. It was something to do with the engine oil pump control valve. Branca's did diagnostics and discovered the same issue. However, Branca's went a step further and ran the code with other software before calling Mercedes to confirm. The response was affirmative; there had been a recall. Apparently, not every auto repair shop has this software. I can't say enough about Jeff and Mike. They truly saved me at least $1,000. I would strongly suggest Branca's.
