Very disappointed this visit
My main reason for bring my car for service was that it was pulling hard & toward the shoulder of the road. The car was taken for a test drive & the ser. rep said he didn't notice a prob. but recommended rotating/balancing tires. Once my car was returned it was pulling exactly as it was before service. Why wasn't the car tested again to ensure that the prob was corrected? I waited FIVE 1/2 hours. Looks as though I'll be wasting another day to rectify the original issue!
