Amazing kind people
I have been going there for my 1999 Jeep services since the warranty expired. Such outstanding service. Lauri explains everything before any service is begun with spot on quotes as to pricing. The mechanics are wonderful. I would never take my Sahara anywhere else.

Great Experience
It was busy when I arrived so I waited a bit. A woman came in after me and was helped before me but once Lauri turned her attention to me, it was pretty much undivided and Lauri offered me a box of Girl Scout cookies because I’d been patient and didn’t make a scene when I was cut in front of!!! I was out in a few minutes. My car was ready the next morning. Good experience from beginning to end!!!

The best service I have ever received
I live in Northern California and was on my way south to San Diego to visit family for Christmas. The car was acting up on trip down and it was a white knuckled drive through LA. Thank you for Brad's , my sister's mechanic for getting me in the day after Christmas, diagnosing the problem and I safely got home and the car continues to run smoothly. You are the best ever.

Trustworthy great mechanics
I brought my car in thinking I needed service and they checked the records and said not yet. Instead of giving me bogus stuff I did not need they were honest. I really appreciate the people at Brad’s automotive.

Great Service
I needed a smog check done on my car. I called Laurie ahead to schedule an appointment. She informed me that they had an additional technician now and I could come anytime it was convenient for me. It was completed within 30 minutes. Great service as always. Thank you.
