Amazing service, as always!
I called Bowers to see if they could get my vehicle in. The check engine light had been on and it was running pretty terribly. I called them on a Friday. They were able to get me an appointment for the following Monday morning. I was going to be on vacation, so they were okay with the car staying there until Friday when I got back. While I was gone, they called me and told me what was wrong and what they had fixed. I love that not only do they always communicate with you what work was done, but they also always ask if they find things, before just doing it. They also always tell you how much your to talk will be prior to coming to pick your vehicle up. I have been taking my vehicle to them for a few years now, whether it is for an oil change or more extensive work. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else.
