I started having car issues right beside their shop and stopped in on a whim, bit wanting to be stranded on the side of the road with two toddlers. He agreed to take a quick look for me just to determine if I could make it back to Kerrville. Turns out my transmission had to be rebuilt. They helped me make several phone calls and offered financing options. He worked up a quote quickly ( and stuck to it), helped me gather our things, and offered us a ride back to Kerrville. They were very friendly about my two toddler boys who had not had a nap and were very wild in the waiting room. They completely rebuilt my transmission in 3 days! I cannot express enough how great they are.
