This is a small-ish shop with a very‐welcome family atmosphere. Lionel at the desk was helpful in adjusting the scope of my AC repair into increments so my budget vould handle it better but also not compromise the AC. Additionally he arranged transportation to & from home to make my experience more convenient. The place was clean & neat, but the waiting area is very basic & plain. I have yet to evaluate the repair work, but so far it seems good.
