As a result of a minor fender bender, my insurance company referred me to Body & Paint Center. From the start, I was impressed with Heather and the rest of the staff who were efficient and helpful. It was great to meet Tom Ricci, President, who set expectations for the repair all of which were met. The repair and the additional work they needed to do was on-time - actually I got a call that the car was ready a day before expected. When I picked it up, the cleaning and detailing was exceptional. My car has never looked this good. They make a point of exceeding expectations and for me that is important. I will highly recommend them and refer my friends to them going forward.
