Spoke with Tina. She said she had to keep following up on the progress and felt like she was just being pushed along until he finally admitted that there was a painter shortage in that week. If he would've told her that to begin with she would not have been so irate. She had to pay for a rental for an extra 5 days because of this. She would recommend them only with the caveat that they ask if they are adequately staffed for the job.
