A pleasant weekend family visit quickly turned into a nightmare when my 18-year-old Lexus RX330 started smoking from under the hood coming off the I-95 exit ramp in Boca Raton. I waited anxiously until Monday to call AAA for a tow, still concerned that I might not get a tow truck immediately or Boca's Best might not be able to take my car right away. My good fortune continued as I was able to get my car towed early in the morning to Boca's Best.
Paul, the Boca's Best owner, was already at work before his official business hours when my car and I arrived. He had already reviewed the email I sent via his website and was prepared to take my car immediately. Professional and empathetic, Paul put my mind at ease that his staff would finish the repair on my car that afternoon. Nightmare quickly laid to rest!
