Fast, friendly, right price.
I picked up a nail while entering a parking lot in Camillus NY. I am a disabled person, and have trouble bending lifting etc. I called many larger big box stores looking for a price and appointment and was left disappointed over and over. A good Samaritan stopped and helped me get my donut on my car and mentioned Bob's Tires in Solvay. I called and was told I could come right in. I brought the tire to the shop and was met outside. I pointed out where I found the hole mentioning that I was worried that it was too close to the sidewall. I asked.for the cost of replacement, and he came back out quickly and gave me a price rivaling the wholesale clubs. He was able to get the tire to his shop, and have it mounted balanced and ready to go back on the car within 2 hours. I was expecting a few days, as it would have been several days at the quickest to get this done elsewhere.
Thank you Bob's Tires for the help in a bad situation for me.
