Fast Honest and Skilled
My older Audi had a faulty sensor. Turns out these are not easy to fix - especially when they've rusted onto the car. The mechanics at Bob's figured out a solution that repaired the sensor, saved me from having to buy a $2300 part, and got it done before I was scheduled to leave on my honeymoon road trip. Furthermore, the team at the front desk is friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Bob's!

No problem with warranty rework.
Our PT Cruiser needed some work on the AC. Bob's did the repairs and asked us to return in a week to check for leaks. When we returned a leak was discovered and was repaired at no additional cost to us. Well don, I'll be back for any other repairs.

Outstanding service!
The team at Bob’s Lil Car Hospital is so friendly and professional! They explained up front what to expect on my bill. They did a courtesy inspection and identified a few things that needed attention. They did NOT try to get me to buy a bunch of extra things just to make a buck. Ken did a great job explaining what was needed. Their workmanship is top notch, will definitely go back for future auto repair needs.
