separate plastic bag, which I had apparently overlooked. I quickly called Bob's AutoDynamics and left a message that I had found the spark plugs. This a.m. a woman who called herself "Cheryl" called me and told me that my car was not at Bob's AutoDynamics, but was at Aaamco Transmissions. This was "alarming" and "perplexing" to me, as I knew exactly where the tow truck driver had left the car, in the huge parking lot at the back of the business, where a gentleman who came out of the office had told the tow truck driver to put it.I told the woman who called herself "Cheryl" that I was coming down there to get my car, as I felt that the reason for this was because I had initially thought that the spark plugs had been taken by one of their employees, and they were upset about that, so decided not to work on my car. For myself, as a 70-year-old senior citizen who is near-sighted and wears glasses, they should have been kinder and more understanding in my case.
