I called for roadside assistance, and my insurance company hired Bobby and Steve’s. The worker claimed he couldn’t get the tire off due to rust and suggested he tow the car to his private shop. He also claimed that my other three tires would need replacement. I declined his services. When I finally got the car to a tire shop, the tire came off easily and in a worker’s judgment, the tread on the other tires was fine—not even close to replacement time.
