Since 1997, Bob Thomas Automotive has grown from a 4 bay, 2 technician shop to a 10 bay, 5 technician shop. In 2010, BTA expanded our facility to include a new 6000 sq. ft. shop and added 2 new technicians to our staff to serve the needs of our customers better. Leaking Battery and Tire Pressure Reset Issue
The battery in our 2014 went dead after 7 years. When recharged to take the vehicle to Bob Thomas Automotive, the battery started smoking. Saw John and he took the vehicle in immediately and the tech. jumped right on the problem. Not only was the battery leaking but the tire pressure information on the instrument panel display could not be reset. Dealer reset only. The tech. at Bob Thomas Automotive replaced the battery, checked all of the electrical connections and reset the tire pressure display. No charge for labor! We love this place!
