Amazing Customer Service ❤️
Me and my husband recently had the
pleasure of working with BEN CUCIO. Today, ben is only on his 3rd day at work and we couldn't be more impressed.He is incredibly knowledgeable of the vehicles and took the time to explain every detail.The entire process was enjoyable and stress free! Sam,in finance department is a very detail oriented person and made the final processing time -Quick and Easy. We did not feel rush. Stress free from start to finish. Great place to get a car! Everybody had great attitude ?

Unbelievable Service
Traveling to Kansas something was spotted hanging under the car. They were the nearest dealer about 25 miles away so we called and were told to bring it in. When we arrived we were met by the friendliest service advisor on the face of the earth and he had a technician look at it and resolve the issue in 10 minutes! Their goal was to get us back on the road! This dealership and the folks working there are why I own two Hyundai’s!

Impossible to get ahold of
This would be the second time this year taking my car in here. The first time they tried to convince me to trade my car in, but I ended up going to Ralph’s Mufflers to replace my catalytic converter instead. (WAY less than what their service would be) Now, my check engine light came back on so I scheduled an appointment online and they don’t answer the phone or return calls. My car has been there for over 10 business days and I have 0 diagnostic.

Good Dealership
Good, competitive pricing. Jason A. was great as a salesman. Friendly, not pushy. Felt like he was looking out for me and took the time to hear what I had to say. It's hard to walk the line between showing clients attention and not getting called pushy! They do a great job of it here. Felt welcomed.

Great deal!
I purchased a Hyundai Tucson from IndyHyundai. Staff were very friendly. Marcus, in particular, guided me seamlessly through the buying process, and I received a great deal on the car I wanted. The prices were reasonable compared to other dealers, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to future buyers.

Had a great experience with my used car purchase. Adam was low pressure and provided the best information so that is why I decided to make my purchase there after working with other dealers.

My big mistake I buy car Indy Hyundai
bought new the car Hyundai palisades 2023 in 23 feb I have very bad experience. No body help everyone no hospitality he given to me without mats I have a call in 2 month’s approximate 300 times but no body response me I suggest everyone please don’t buy the car from Indy Hyundai 0 % hospitality. I have all msg every person send me msg I call you back I already order for you but stil we don’t have recv mats he’s manger given to me 500$ discount but I tell I don’t want discount he delivered to car in my home I buy all extra packages 4000$ dollars but still m wating he also not denied . At least you guys denied m not call agian but this is not good I buy 62000 car buy I also buy car mats . But don’t tell to costmer this is very bad thanks

Bob Rohrman Hyundai
I called several Hyundai Dealerships wanting to purchase a 2022 white Hyundai Tucson. Bob Rohrman Hyundai was the only one that assured me they would look until they found exactly what I was wanting. They followed through on their promise and found what I was asking for two states away. They had the car transported to Indianapolis. Zack Wilbur took excellent care of me as we negotiated the sale. Everyone at the Agency was helpful and kind. What I especially appreciated was that Zack took the time to go on a test drive with me and show me how all the bells and whistles worked. I never felt he was rushing.

Happy CR-V purchase with Stan
My wife and I had a rough week our dishwasher went out, then we both got sick and lastly my car started acting up and we had planned to wait until the fall to trade it in. However we have a new baby girl that needs her parents to have reliable transportation so we decided not to wait and trade it in for a more family centric vehicle. Stan Moore was our sales rep. He did a great job answering all our questions and helped us vet out a 2016 Honda CR-V. Stan being a family man made us feel more comfortable purchasing a car from him as he had a family for himself he was working for.

Everyone was nice and smiled a talked to us about our baby girl and even though a car buying process takes a few hours at the end of it we felt a sense of relief that we had purchased a reliable car that is able to meet the needs of our small family. Thanks to Stan and his Manager for working with us and making it a pain free process

Bought a new sonata, which I love. But , customer service is not too desirable. They took my Gap insurance from previous car and use it for my new loan without my knowledge. There was $632 dollars I was expecting back. There explanation it was use to lower my payment. Nothing was said on my contract about taking it. I think it was used to line their own pockets. What happened to truth and leading. Things that make you go hmmmmm.
