The sales staff here is excellent. Dominique is the man to speak with about getting in a car. But, the service department is horrendous. Hyundai associates speak highly of their warranty, but the service department fails to execute it. I bought my 2022 Kona N-Line brand new, and it starred misfiring. I first brought it in for an oil change, which exceeded 3 hours. The misfiring continued so I brought it back in for a "proper diagnosis." They said a fuel sample would be taken and another company would further assist on what to do next. Two weeks later, I haven't heard a thing on what's going on with my brand new car.
