I brought my truck in for an inspection and oil change. I was told that i needed ball joints and brakes. He didn't have time to do the ball joints and told me to schedule at another time. he charged me $50 for the oil change! I had to take my truck back to the dealership for warranty work and asked them to check the front end and ball joints. they informed me that everything was rock solid and even did the inspection! Just a heads up to current and future customers.
