Ioniq5 is a lemon, been in service for 2 months and counting
Our Ioniq 5 has been there for 2 months for service, I have not received a single update on timing, when it will be done, etc. In the meantime we've paid $8,000 for a rental car with promises of reimbursement since the battery issue its being seen for is under warranty, but have not received a penny. I call regularly and leave voice messages but no one calls back and I cannot reach a live person in the service department, and we're still making $875/month car payments, this honestly feels like theft. Also the Ioniq5 is a total lemon, the battery keeps dying, we pay to replace it at our own expense - bought the car in July 2022 and its been in the shop for repairs 4 times in less than a year, but they can never fix it and give it back still with battery issues. Also back up camera just says, "feature currently unavailable" about 50% of the time.
