Unmatched virtuosity and care
I’ve been going to this shop for a year now for my BMW and I’ve already given this place 5-stars previously. And I just have to give it another 5-star rating again because of how caring this team is to me, my car, and my safety.

I came in for routine maintenance on my brakes and the team encountered an extra issue none of us could have foreseen. They knew my car very well and Andrew, Victor, and the mechanics worked diligently to diagnose and solve it. And they’ve kept me informed along the way.

This group are a virtuous, intelligent, honest, caring, and compassionate team of people—purely unmatched by anyone else. I’ve been a BMW owner for 11 years—lived in three different states, and I’ve never had this level of expertise and care before.

This team blows me away. Bring your car here.

Above and Beyond
The problem I thought I was having with my 328i was not correct. Victor did a great job of rechecking the issues I asked about, then showing me the diagnostic results and explaining in terms I understood what was really going on. He then gave me options on how to handle it. When I went with the less pricing option and postpone the big repair, he didn’t try to make me feel bad or try to convince to me to change my mind. He was very respectful and professional. I drive 40 minutes to get to BMW Only, as opposed to 15 minutes to the dealership. While I have regretted trips to the dealership, I’ve never regretted any trips to BMW Only!

The most hands-on BMW Certified repair shop in Las Vegas
Sam and Victor's personal customer care appears to be genuine and quite unlike any BMW repair shop experience I've had. Very detailed explanation of service problem and a firm diagnosis as to what needs to be done to repair. Very surprised at the extra time dedicated by Victor himself to assist technician in diagnosis and remedy of my 'Limp Mode' problem. They were able to get the 'half engine power' warning off by replacing (2) ignition coils and an injector. This took two trips to the shop as I couldn't leave car overnight.

The car still runs harder than I'd ever experienced in the 3 yrs that I've owned with obvious missing in slow speeds 0-40/45, smoothing out at speeds around 50+. I'm an old school driver who has always felt that once you start having engine failure problems with repair techs going into valves, and of course opening the engine head...problems will persist. So maybe my sweet running car will never be the same again.
Unfortunately, I called to cancel my service warranty as BMW Only related that none of the repairs that they did nor those repairs suggested would be covered under my current warranty. The warranty company went over my invoice and suggested repairs and disagreed with BMWO and related that they would indeed have covered the aforementioned repair done and/or some of the suggested repairs.

Great job guys!
Awesome place. I didn’t mind the 2 hour wait at all. Everything is brand new. Love the modern rustic state of the art decor. Service is excellent and super friendly staffs. Price is pretty reasonable compared to the dealership.

Honest!
With cars today it’s so important to find someone you can trust as their complicated engineering makes it impossible to really do any work or even diagnose anything yourself. I had this with a mechanic before we moved and was really concerned about finding one when we moved here a few months ago. I’m so happy to have found BMW Only as they have quickly established that trust with me and I feel I no longer need to worry when my car needs service as they’ll tell me honestly what needs to be done and charge a fair price. They are also super friendly and accommodating. As we only have 1 car at the moment when we need to bring it in for service we can’t really leave it for days and they worked with us to find a day where they could get to it quickly and get it back to us in a very timely manner.

Outstanding Customer Service
I have had my vehicle since ordered from Germany many years ago and have been cared for at BMW dealerships in CO, WA, and NV. After trying BMW Only once for the dealership not being able to determine the cause of an issue, I was very pleasantly surprised with the professionalism, cared for my concerns, and listening for understanding on the items I wanted to be looked into my vehicle. The repairs were done in a timely manner, with the service advisor staff keeping me informed along the way on a regular basis.

After working in customer service for 7 years and senior finance roles for 15 years, i can safely state that the customer service excellence that I received at BMW Only is deserving of the highest recommendation to anyone meticulous about their vehicle and its care, to seriously consider BMW Only for their mechanical vehicle needs.

Raymond said another facility misdiagnosed his vehicle and they gave him a price of $3800, so he went to this business and they told him that there was no crack and fixed his vehicle for a couple of hundred dollars, They even followed up on his vehicle and gave him tips on how to better care for it.
