On two occasions recently I took my car into this garage as I was losing power and the car was juddering. On 08/10/2019 you they to say that my car was fixed, apparently it had a loose ignition cable and for this I was charged £72.00. My car was not fixed and remained exactly the same so I returned the car to them on 11/10/2019. On this date I was advised that following diagnostics I should replace the Lamba sensor. The cost on this occasion was £96.60. This did not improve the problem one bit.
In short, I have paid £ 168.60 for expert advice and diagnostics but they have in fact diagnosed and fixed nothing.
