I dropped two vehicles off for service one for a transmission fluid change and a second for brakes plugs and fluids. They had both vehicles for 9 hours and not a single service was completed. Both vehicles were "inspected" which was not requested. An entire day was wasted waiting on a service that never happened. When I went to pick up the vehicles the owner Ericka only asked "so see you friday" when I replied for what the vehicles have been here all day and nothing was done she very sarcastically replied "ok thanks for coming in" with a fake sarcastic smile. No explanation no apology nothing but a wasted day. Do not wast your time with this place as the owner could care very little about if a service was complete so I can only conclude that their workmanship is just as poor
