The best experience i have had to date.... I have owned diesel vehicles since 2001 currently own 2 - 8.9L cummins 6.7 cummins im my ram3500 without dropping 🫳 names the truck went to 3 other shops prior to black widow, none of the shops where properly equipped to diagnose my ecm issues... spent over 10 thousand dollars 💸 💵 💲... and was still left with the initial issue.... eric and his team diagnosed and corrected the issue within a day or so after dropping the truck off, then went above and beyond with full diagnostic of the entire vehicle " base tune up" truck has never ran better or sounded more mechanically sound. Would recommend black widow 10/10 times.... having the proper subscriptions - that the dealership uses they made quick work of my issues....
