This was my first visit to BLP. All the way from initial phone contact to future planning at the shop, the service writer was very professional and personable. He was amazing in how he quickly absorbed my long service history and formulated a plan. He showed tremendous technical expertise, and explained everything in terms that I could understand. The job was begun on time and finished efficiently, allowing time for an extensive road test.
