I'm a fairly skilled amateur DIYer but know when the complexity of an issue is beyond my skills. Bimmer Werks has been my go-to for these exact situations. The issue: BMW Valvetronic wonkiness involved the eccentric shaft, actuator, needle bearing and an under amp signal issue that was traced to a problem in the wiring loom from the ECU. Well okay! Amr and his team to the rescue. Once again I'm delighted with the work, the clear and concise explanation of what was involved and, most importantly, the outcome. I live 70 miles from Bimmer Werks and pass many BMW shops on my way to drop my car off. Trust, integrity and competency are part is Amr's mantra. A rare credo today.
