The rims were not available in the area so I picked up them up from Chicago and while driving back to the shop, my sister's van broke down and required a tow to their shop. Same driver recognized me from a few days earlier and brought us to the garage. They held a worker from first shift after hours in order to help install my wheels and rims and then helped my sister with the repair to her van the next day.
Great friendly service during a stressful time was very appreciated and I agree the first responders recommendation to call Bill's towing if you are in the area.
