We had a new top placed on our convertible. The top was put on by Gravois Auto Top. The top is okay. The service not so much. Anyway, we received the car back and the top went down and did not come back up. The though of going back there gave me a sick stomach for a number of reasons. I called Ed. He is our go to man. He said he never did this, would look it up and figure it out. He did. My two daughters will go nowhere else. When my twins were younger sometimes they would be at home while we were in our summer place, if their cars had a problem, Ed fixed them and sent them on their way and I called in our credit card number. To give you an idea how much I love this place we have been going there for 25 years and we carry AAA 200 plus miles because I don't trust anyone else to work on our cars.
