I also like the fact they were very understanding when I needed to leave my van for the day for them to work on I was a bit stressed about it cause I didn’t know how I would be able to do that but they were very kind to put mind at ease and told me they can come pick up my vehicle work on it then bring it back to me, needless to say I was happy to hear about that and they were able to relieve some of my stress. Cliente VerificadoWe do not advertise being the lowest priced repair shop in our area, although when compared to most dealerships, we have very competative prices. However, having said that, we also do not sell advance auto aftermarket and lower quality parts. The better quality tie rod from Auto Supply, Inc. was quoted to us at $71.25, the four wheel alignment was $49.95. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to pay our staff to install your parts on your car for you at no charge to you, so there is a labor fee that pays our staff and our rent ,electric, equipment, and insurance bills just to name a few. The advance auto part price is a do it yourself price, after all you can't buy a steak at Aldi's and expect to take it to Ruth's Chris' Steak house and ask them to cook and serve it to you for free. We are a business, like any other. I can't speak to the quality of work or service you receive elsewhere, but I do know we strive to be the best at Bill's Auto Clinic, Inc. and sometimes you get what you pay for. We hope your experience both here and at the other service center were pleasant.
