Excellent service
We had another great service visit at Bill Smiths. This time was for routine maintenance and state inspection of our 11-year old van. They recommended rear brake pad replacement which explained the noise I had been recently hearing while backing up. So happy they looked at the car closely as I will be driving a long distance soon. The van stays in great shape with Bill Smiths watching it. Service costs were estimated and they called to authorize additional work, so no surprises on the bill. Recommend you make an appointment because they are a busy shop.

Bill Smith Auto Service repair my vehicle in a timely manner. When I received the bill a spring promotional discount was applied without my knowledge. I really appreciated that. Customer service was excellent!

Flexible & Great Speed of Service
I had my vehicle towed to Bill Smith's Auto and Air. They were recommended to me via AAA and were not far from where my vehicle became disabled. And even though I did not have a scheduled appointment they were able to take me in that day and called me before the close of business to tell me the diagnosis. They provided me a quote over the phone and after a few additional clarifying questions, I gave them the green light to move forward with the repairs. They worked on my vehicle all day the next day and I received a call back early on the day after to inform me that my vehicle was ready.

In my opinion the turnaround time is great! Even better then some dealerships in the area. I dropped the vehicle off about 1:00pm on a Tuesday and was back in my vehicle by 10am on Thursday.

John said it was his first time, they added fluid and recharged his air conditioner but said it was too cold to check for leaks. He had hoped they could test it but now he had to come back and lived far away, it was an inconvenience. They were nice and he felt he can work more with them. He will check the air conditioner's operation after weather warms up.

Top Notch Business
First time customer. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the business and how well organized the day to day operation is ran. They keep you well informed and communicate every step in the process to get your vehicle fixed. The personnel are friendly and have a great professional attitude and are knowledgeable in helping you get your vehicle fixed. Bill Smths does not try to sale you a bunch of services for your vehicle that you don't need. They took great care of my vehicle and showed respect to me and my property. Great experience so far and very satisfied with the repairs they made.
