Hard to find someone you trust
It’s really hard to find a mechanic that you trust. I went to the dealership and got quoted over $10,000 to fix my car. I’ve had years of issues with the dealership, including bringing my car in before the Warranty was up and the dealership telling me everything was fine. The next time I bring it in I’m out of Warranty and all of a sudden they figured it out and it’s a transfer case that will cost me $12,000 and they wouldn’t honor fixing it under warranty or even help me communicate with Land Rover to see if we can get them to cover it. I bring my car to Biggs for my current issue and the thing that stuck out the most was they every ability to try and fix all three things. The dealership told me to fix. It would’ve made them more profit as a business, but they still did the right thing tested everything out and told me that I only needed one of the things to be fixed? Doing the right thing is hard to come by nowadays, but I can honestly say from the point I gave them a call to the point I picked up my car. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend coming here.
