I wrote a bad review last night late when I was tired and frustrated. I bought a 2022 kia and did not understand how to use the controls.
It was late and we were all tired. I went back this morning to complain and Juan was very patient with me and resolved all issues for
me. Amanda was my sales person and was very kind and when I go back for my next car I will definitely ask for her.
