If I could give this dealership minus stars I would.
On October 25th we went to Big Star to see a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy that our sales person assured us was on the lot waiting for us to test drive. When we arrived there was, in fact, a car waiting for us. We looked at it, test drove it and spent the better part of an hour looking through the interior. We fell in love with the car and went inside to purchase it. The paperwork showed that the car was in fact a 2025 (the sticker had been removed). When we asked the salesperson why he did that he said, "If I had told you that I didn't have the car you wouldn't have come in"). Because we really liked the car and invested a great deal of time and effort we went ahead and purchased it. A month later the control panel on the car went out. After nearly a month in the service department (the part was not available) Their solution was to sell me a new car which would result in a sizeable loss; our car would be treated as a trade in. Needless to say, we declined. We were told that the part needed would be ordered and they would let us know when it came in. We later found out that the part was never ordered.
After the purchase of the car we received an email from the general manager of the dealership asking us to let him know personally if we had less than a five star experience. I emailed him twice and left a phone message, none of which were answered.
If you are going to this dealership, be aware that their business practices are less than stellar.
