Sales manager and sales person named Brett knew I was bringing a significant amount of money down by way of a chasers check and would be driving 2 hours to pick the car up and sign paperwork. Woke up at 6am to get there only to be told they had sold the car to someone else late the night before, once I arrived and waited over 30 minutes to be seen. Brett would never answer my calls nor would he return my texts. He sure did call and text me multiple times with urgency when he was trying to secure the deal, but would not face me as I stood in the dealership at my appointment time with no car. He completely dodged me and his sales manager the entire time they paged and called him. DO NOT TRUST BRETT or this dealership to care one bit about you, your family or how impactful car purchases are to your life.
Brett told me the car was pulled to the side being made ready for me and he looked forward to meeting me in person. LIES. And he wouldn’t even be Man enough to tell me what happened or considerate enough to save me time and money, traveling to this dealership for nothing. This car was a gift to my daughter as her first vehicle and I had her with me during the experience. Needless to say, she was extremely let down here and disappointed. I would NEVER give this dealership my business. LOOK ELSEWHERE.
