I recently purchased a used vechile and the team at Big R Service Center did a through job of documenting any and all issues with the vechile. They were able to recommend all the necessary repairs and explained in detail what needed to be done right away and suggest which repairs could wait. Big R Serive Center also provides loaner cars and I was never without a vechile - which was a tremendous help. All the staff that I spoke with were kind and courteous. Service was prompt and I felt like a priority. Great service by great people. Highly recommend!
