I went for an oil change. I bought a Groupon discount good at this location. At check in the Big O Store accepted my Groupon, taking all the information including the certificate number. Then the wait. The store was not busy, but was very slow. Even though I was sitting in the waiting room, they didn’t tell me the job was done. When it was time to pay, they would not honor my Groupon which they had initially accepted. They were not polite.
