Took my truck here for the 1st time in years to get new tires a couple of years ago....
Had 4 new tires put on my truck...A good chunk of change~
Truck broke down shortly after and sat for over a year until I could get it fixed.
Did my breaks on Sunday and had to break the lug nuts off of my hubs because they were cross threaded as they must have impact wrenched them before they screwed them on a bit...STRIPPED 4 lugs, 2 on each side of the front. We'll see if the backs are the same when they rotate my tires tomorrow.
Took it to them and told them what happened as they were the last people to take off my tires/rims even though it was over 2 years ago...
They said they will NOT cover because its been too long, so I asked the manager if this happened yesterday, would you cover it? He said Yes!
I said whats the difference if you were the last person to touch my rims/tires?
Talked to the District Manager Mike today, and he said its been too long, and there is no way of knowing if I'm lying or not, and now they want 65 bucks a tire to fix it!
As I sat for 2 hours yesterday waiting for the Ass. Manager to call the District Manager, they told the guy in front of me that the screws were stripped on his oil pan and that he had to take it back to who ever did his oil change last...
The guy said, "IT WAS YOU WHO DID MY LAST OIL CHANGE".
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!
If you take your vehicle here, you have problems most definitely, and they will NOT honor their work, so if they break something or its not fixed right, YOU are Stuck with the repair bill, not cool!
