Big M gave a potential buyer a car to drive. Potential driver did not have insurance and hit my car. Big M Chrysler states that they are not liable even though it was their car and she didn't have insurance. I got their insurance information and have filed a claim. I'm waiting till they investigate even though there is a police report, pictures and a witness. Is it that hard to do the right thing?!
