Tail Lights were remaining on after shutting off engine.
Took my vehicle in to examine the cause why my tail lights were remaining on. Shannon replaced the tail light switch, but did not resolve the issue . After an exhausting observation, Shannon discovered my cruise control was causing the entire issue with the tail lights staying on. Cruise control switch needed to be replaced as well. Shannon showed a lot of patients and professional experience and resolved the entire issue. A BIG KUDOS to Shannon and the entire staff as well Thanks to everyone involved.
