They were professional and friendly which was good as I was a little shaky after the car accident. I had used Bert's years ago and was truly grateful to see the garage was still there. They were able to also help me with a rental car and I got a gift when I picked up my car! Who gives a gift to a customer?? They do! I highly recommend.
