Transmission service appointment
Arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early, card moving ahead of me. Waited over an hour . Without any one approaching to talk to me. I pulled off. I emailed the tech and the manager I think asking them to contact me and nothing. Until I get an email that night says I missed my appointment ff

Incredible Experience - Service Department is great!
Much thanks to Vance, Chelsea, and the service team who helped my daughter when her car broke down before a holiday weekend. Vance, Chelsea, and the service team were dependable, timely, responsive, and honest. Could not ask for anything more! We will be returning when her car needs service.

Awful experience
I bought a car here and it took over 7 hours to get paperwork finalized. Then, I drive the car for a couple hours and the next day the engine light was already on. I was traveling and had to turn completely around. When I got back to the dealership they said my car wouldn’t be ready for 2-3 days and then they refused to give me a rental car. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

AC repair
I have had my car in 3 times to have the AC repaired and it is still blowing hot air. The only reason I took it to them to start with was because it was still under warranty. I called after the first time and spoke with Vance and told him where my mechanic said it was leaking coolant from and he told me my mechanic didn't know what he was talking about. Obviously he did. I had air for about 4 hours after picking my car up and now nothing.

Not happy Hyundai
Im not happy with the service of my vehicle. Im told nothings wrong with my car and clearly when I’m driving there’s hesitation in gear changes and it’s whining. After replacement of the turbo the car is losing oil. But I was told that’s not true. My oil light came on twice between oil changes. Quality of the service performance is less than good.

Service
Every time I take my car for service to Benson, I am treated courteously and in a friendly manner. I never have to wait as long as I expect. I always take reading, or work with me because I can get things done there. The waiting room is quiet and very nice with all the amenities for snacking and hot or cold drinks.
