My headlight went out and I meant to call Benchmark Auto first thing the next day. Of course life got in the way and I forgot. I remembered to call around 1:30pm. I assumed I would be booking an appointment the next day or longer. Drew was so helpful and asked when I could come in that SAME day. He didn’t want me to get a ticket. How thoughtful. I wasn’t sure about my schedule rest of the day. He said “if you can get here by 4:30PM, I can replace it today.” I got there at 4:33 and was back on the road at 4:50. THANK YOU!!
