Excellent Auto Care Shop!
I have been taking my BMW to this shop for the past few years for inspection and repairs and they always take very good care of my car. They are quick and detailed and honest. They will work with you in many ways. I am going to refer them to all of my. family & friends. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this shop has been to me. Mark/Mechanic & Front Desk is the best. Very friendly and professional and he always explains in detail what will be required for your auto repairs so that you can be aware of exactly everything that you need to know. Big thanks & kudos to Andy, Mark & the rest of the staff!!

Inspection
I have been going to this dealership to get my car inspection for a few years and it was always around $61. I went the other day to get my car inspected and I was ripped off. I was charged $98.90 when others in my family went a few months ago and were only charged $61.00. It was only a regular car inspection nothing else was done like parts or anything. When I contacted him to verify how much car inspection is he said $69.99. I asked him why I was charged so much he said everyone is different and they have specials on some days. Also, said that car dealerships charges over $200. I contacted the Toyota dealership and they said they charge only $76.60, no matter the car. How was there a special every other day but not the day I went? This makes no sense and it’s not even about the money if he was upfront about it I would not have minded. The fact is that I was blatantly deceived. Not to mention that I left my car at 11 am and he never called me to pick it up. I went around 4:50pm to see it was done and it was sitting there the whole time. No one called me to come pick it up when they close at 5pm. I do not recommend this auto shop to anyone and my friends and family will no longer be using them.

Cooperative for urgent car issue
Good and quick service with minimum wait when schedule appt and go. If you go without appt for emergency fix, they do best to resolve issue with min wait time; however its depends on what kind of issue found

Quick and thorough service
I was able to call and schedule an inspection appointment quickly. I received a call wiTh recommendations and prices prior to work being completed. I gave the approval and work was done within 2 hours.

Rip off they tell you that they put in new parts and never replace any parts when is for a fuel pump took a month and a half close to two months to get my car back
It went in for a simple turn up and a fuel pump when I went to go pick it up major vacuum leaks then the following day the fuel pump stopped working headed to the next day after I get it back again fuel pump stopped working again I take a look at it and it still the original pump that came with the car they charge me $662 for nothing
