They took the time to help explain what was wrong before ordering the parts to fix my car. They stayed on task (my car is a junker, could invest thousands and still have things wrong) and focused on what I had requested.
They were timely in taking care of what I asked and didn't mince words with the bill- no surprise, no "well, we also did so and so". Just "here it is". I paid and left.
